Youth Leadership Academy Project Highlights

Youth Leadership Academy (YLA), a collaborative initiative by Plan International and the Rockefeller Foundation. Launched in June 2024, the program empowered 40 youth ambassadors from India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Notably, 72.5% of these leaders are female, and 65% represent marginalized groups. The academy focused on Capacity Building through modules translated into five languages, covering topics like climate justice, policy navigation, and advocacy financing. This training yielded impressive results, with 100% of participants reporting knowledge growth.
